Home Watch is a professional visual inspection of your home and property while you're away. Regular visits help identify obvious issues or irregularities before they become larger, more costly problems.

Interior Home Watch
We perform thorough visual checks of your home’s interior, including plumbing, HVAC operation, temperature and humidity, appliances, doors, windows, alarms, and other readily observable conditions. We look for signs of leaks, damage, pests, unusual odors, or other concerns and provide detailed reports with photos after each visit.
Exterior Home Watch
We visually check your home’s exterior for signs of storm damage, security concerns, damaged doors or windows, fallen debris, landscaping issues, exterior lighting, outdoor faucets, and other visible conditions. We can also verify scheduled services such as lawn care and snow removal and promptly notify you of concerns.
Customized Property Services
Every home and homeowner has different needs. Evergreen offers personalized services including plant watering, storm checks, light cleanup, contractor and vendor access, service verification, delivery coordination, home preparation, seasonal checks, and other special requests. We’ll work with you to create a service plan tailored to your property and lifestyle.

Hi, I’m Jon — Owner of Evergreen Home Watch.
Trust is at the heart of Home Watch, and I understand the responsibility that comes with being entrusted with someone’s home.
I currently serve as a Police Sergeant with the Maple Grove Police Department, where integrity, accountability, attention to detail, and service to others have been the foundation of my career. I bring those same values to every home I care for through Evergreen.
I’ve also spent years working on home projects and have passed a contractor licensing exam, giving me a strong understanding of homes and how their systems work. That experience helps me recognize when something doesn’t look right and identify potential concerns before they become larger problems.
The North Metro has been home for most of my life. I grew up in Lino Lakes and now live in Forest Lake with my son and daughter, who mean the world to me.
When you work with Evergreen, I’m the person who will personally visit and care for your home. My goal is simple: to provide a dependable local presence and give you confidence that your home is being looked after while you’re away.
